• Then you can press the Enter button. Then a window will open which reads ‘DllRegisterServer in c:\ Program Files\ iTunes\ iPodUpdaterExt.dll succeeded.’
• Then close that window
• Then finally you can re open the iTunes and then restore your ipod

With above procedure you can restore your ipod but you can not restore its data.
